The Regulations governing
Players’ Agents (previously FIFA
Agents) regulate the activity of these Agents and the
prohibition of contracting the services of a person
acting as a players' agent without a license.
The scope of their actions includes transfers and contracting
which affect Spain and the other Countries that make
up both the UEFA and the FIFA.
It includes the following:
• Advice and representation
of professional and amateur football players; trainers
and managers; and clubs or public limited sports companies,
negotiating rights and obligations, contractual relationships
and national and international transfers, cancellations,
etc.
• Handling of image,
television, publicity, sponsorship and merchandising
rights.
• Legal advice for
civil, labour and fiscal matters.
• Legal defence in
civil and labour matters.
